We're a small, senior team working in Belgium on software that makes deal teams faster without replacing their judgement. We're careful about how we grow — what we ship this year depends on who we bring on, not the other way round.
No open positions right now
We're not actively hiring at the moment. If that changes, we'll list roles here first — no stealth-mode listings, no ghost pipelines.
That said: we'd still like to hear from exceptional people who've thought hard about M&A workflows, building reliable infra for sensitive data, or getting LLMs to behave under pressure. We keep a short list for when we do expand.
What we care about
Taste over résumé
We care more about how you've thought about a problem than where you worked last. Show us something you built or wrote that you're proud of.
Senior in attitude
Small team, high autonomy. If you need a manager to tell you what to ship this week, this is not the place. If you like owning the outcome end-to-end, it probably is.
Write > talk
Decisions get written down. Proposals are documents, not meetings. If writing clearly is effortful for you, you will find it hard here.
Deliberate about AI
We ship LLM features that actually work — cited, verifiable, survivable when the model hallucinates. We do not ship chatbot veneers on spreadsheet work.
Respect for the craft
Our customers are senior M&A professionals. The product has to meet the standard of a good analyst on their best day, not the median analyst on their worst.
Based in Europe
Time-zone-aligned (Europe ±2h) by default. Remote-first inside that band, with regular in-person sessions for deep work. No 10-hour timezone splits.
