Can I try undrsight before committing?

What's included in each seat?
Every paid seat unlocks 20 full AI due-diligence analyses per calendar month — pooled across your organisation, so a busy week on one deal doesn't burn capacity reserved for another. Document ingestion is uncapped: drop in as large a data room as the deal requires.
What happens if I run more than 20 analyses on a seat?
We don't block you on the spot. The platform shows usage as a chip on the run dialog, and we'll reach out when you're trending materially above the included allowance to talk about adding seats. There's a hard ceiling at 50 analyses per seat per month as a backstop against runaway scripts.
Do you charge per document or per page?
No. The seat price covers unlimited document ingestion. We want pricing to scale with the number of deals you're working on, not with the size of the data rooms you happen to receive.
How does adding seats work?
Add seats from the Team page inside the app — pro-rated to your current billing cycle. Remove them the same way; the credit lands on your next invoice. No phone call required.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel any time from the billing portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; no early-termination fee, no restocking fee. Enterprise contracts follow the negotiated terms.
